Products Description
Polyisobutylene (PIB) is a colourless, odourless, non-toxic viscous or semi-solid substance with good resistance to heat, oxygen, ozone, weathering, ultraviolet, acids and alkalis and other chemicals, which has very important uses in lubricant additives, post-processing of polymer materials, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, food additives, etc. Among them, low-relative-molecular-mass PIB is used for the production of ashless dispersants. Low relative molecular mass PIB can be used to produce ashless dispersants, adhesives, sealants, pharmaceutical and cosmetic moisturising agents, etc.; in the relative molecular mass of PIB is mainly used as chewing gum gum base and hollow glass sealing materials.
