X series bio-based durable fluorine-free water repellent is a new generation environment friendly textile finishing chemical developed on the basis of renewable palm oil raw material and innovative multi-branch acrylic polymer technology. The product line includes four standard grades: X-201 Pro, X-2011 Pro, X-301 and X-501, each formulated for different fabric types and performance requirements. Unlike traditional fluorine-free water repellents with simple linear structure, this series adopts bionic multi-link side chain structure which imitates the hydrophobic principle of water strider, forming larger contact angle on fiber surface and delivering much better dynamic water repellency and washing durability.

With over 60% bio-based carbon content tested according to ASTM D6866 standard, this product derives part of its raw material from natural palm oil and its derivatives, which effectively reduces carbon footprint and reliance on petrochemical resources. It delivers excellent water repellency even at low dosage, and shows good compatibility with common textile auxiliaries. It can be applied through conventional pad-dry-cure finishing process, and maintains stable performance in continuous production lines. Different grades are optimized for specific fiber types: X-201 Pro serves as premium universal grade for high density fabrics, X-2011 Pro is cost effective option for general production, X-301 is designed for cotton and cotton blends, and X-501 is optimized for synthetic fiber fabrics.

This fluorine-free water repellent contains no PFCs, PFOS or PFOA, complies with Bluesign and ZDHC chemical gateway standards and meets most global restricted substance list requirements. It causes minimal influence on fabric shade, hand feel and air permeability, and greatly reduces hand scratch and slippage issues common with traditional fluorine-free products. Standard 120kg HDPE drum and 1000kg IBC tank are adopted for export packing. Each production batch is fully tested with official Certificate of Analysis for full quality traceability, supporting stable bulk supply for textile mills, dyeing houses and finishing factories worldwide.
