Product Description

AG series water and oil repellent and soil release agent is a full line of fluorochemical functional finishing chemicals designed for various substrate materials and performance requirements. The product family includes five standard grades: AG-E081, AG-E082, AG-E550D, AG-E7500B and AG-E100, each formulated with optimized fluoropolymer system and ionic character to deliver targeted performance on different fabrics and industrial materials. Based on advanced fluorine technology, the series provides excellent barrier performance against both water and oil based liquids, and maintains good breathability and original appearance of treated substrates.

AG-E081 is the high durability grade designed for synthetic fiber, cotton and blended fabrics, delivering long lasting water and oil repellency that survives repeated home laundering and dry cleaning cycles. AG-E082 is formulated for general woven fabrics and nonwoven materials, providing reliable repellency for disposable protective products and home textile applications. AG-E550D is the nonionic triple function grade with excellent compatibility with most common textile auxiliaries, enabling one bath multi functional finishing to simplify production process. AG-E7500B is the cost effective water repellent grade, offering reliable basic water repellency at competitive cost for mass production of economy grade products. AG-E100 combines water oil repellency with soil release function, allowing daily stains such as coffee, wine and oil to be easily washed off without damaging the repellent layer.

Beyond textile applications, this series is also suitable for paper, paperboard, leather and automotive filter materials. It meets the requirement of food contact grade paper and board, adding oil and water resistance without affecting original appearance and air permeability. Standard 200kg HDPE drum and 1000kg IBC tank are adopted for export packing. Each production batch is fully tested with official Certificate of Analysis for full quality traceability, supporting stable bulk supply for textile mills, paper converters and industrial finishing factories worldwide.
