Magnesium hexafluorosilicate hexahydrate (MgSiF6·6H2O) is a white crystalline inorganic salt used as a source of fluorosilicate/fluoride activity in aqueous systems. It is commonly employed as a concrete surface hardener and waterproofing agent, in certain textile treatments (mothproofing) and as a specialty reagent in ceramics and laboratory chemistries. Available in ≥97.5% reagent/industrial grades with COA and SDS on request.
