Water Treatment Corrosion Inhibitor MBT.Na Sodium mercaptobenzothiazole CAS 2492 - 26 - 4

MBT•Na can be used as the copper corrosion inhibitor in the circulating cool water system. The mechanism is due to the chemical absorption of MBT•Na on the copper surface or the chelation reaction between them. The preferred dosage is 4mg/L. This product can also be used as a plasticizer and photometer for acid copper plating.
